Eritrea's President Visa Approved by the US Bloombergfwerki to Travel to UN - Businessweek

Dec. 2 (Bloomberg) -- The U.S. said today that Eritrean President Isaias Afwerki and members of his delegations were granted visas to travel to New York and address the United Nations Security Council before it votes on sanctions on the African nation.

A spokesman for the U.S. Mission to the UN, Mark Kornblau, said that visas for the Eritrean President and several members of his delegation were approved on Friday, hours after they had submitted their applications.
